I like that it has an easy to use interface and is cheap compared to many of its competitors. It's great to be able to assign projects to multiple team members in one place. It makes tracking progress much easier as well. I dislike that you have to sign into a Google account to use this service. I also wish they had more reporting features than just simple reports. The simplicity of this task management software was exactly what I needed to organize my day-to-day operations more efficiently. It's not as intuitive or user friendly in some areas such as creating new projects but it gets better over time if you're willing to put in that extra effort. If having everything stored together makes sense then go ahead and use simple Tasks instead of another tool like Asana since they are very similar features wise.
