Great value for the size. The lavender scent is amazing! BUT. Liquid soap is not transparent, it is pale purple. That wouldn't be a problem except my soap dispenser is clear glass and I would have preferred clear soap. Overall, however, I am happy with the purchase.

I bought this as a replacement because the liquid hand soap I normally use was out of stock. I loved the price of this soap and how easy it was to fill my empty dispenser bottle. What I don't really care about is the thickness of this soap. A small amount seems to coat and "stick" to the skin where it hits, so I either have to use more or try to spread it all over my body. It then takes a lot of water and more time than usual to wash off the substance. And he doesn't lather much. I know that…

Contacting support is almost impossible, so I decided to write a review. I ordered 3 packs of 32oz soap. I opened a sachet and it comes out of the sachet in big globs/drops like the soap was frozen. It leaves the sensor the same way. My guess is that since it's a liquid soap it should pour easily and like a liquid. I will return them to Revane, I have stopped contacting Simplehuman.

Update: I originally gave this product a bad review and review due to the horrible smell associated with soap. The smell turned out to be from putting it in the soap dispenser which had some soap left. The combination of lemon soap and another smell apparently resulted in an awful smell. Maybe it was citrus (imagine drinking orange juice after brushing your teeth). Anyway, I flushed the dispenser and decided to give it another try. Now it smells like lemon (cleans well). I really wanted to love this soap as I was looking for a cruelty free moisturizing foaming soap in a spare size and it seemed to fit my needs. When it arrived my husband quickly opened the package and refilled numerous foam soap dispensers throughout the house - at least 3 different types/styles/brands of foam soap dispensers. I Can Only Say Simplehuman's Soap Formula Is My Favorite! It cleans hands beautifully, "moisturizes" the skin AND its scent is surprisingly "clean" and pleasant compared to other hand soaps. Yes, it's "more expensive" than The Competition, but it's definitely worth paying for, ESPECIALLY if you're using it with a Simplehuman dispenser. Yes, I recommend this product!
