SINGER 21495 Class 15 Transparent Threaded Bobbins, Assorted Colors Pack of 12 Review

The instruction video says I need class 15J bobbins, it says 15 but they fit (albeit a bit smaller in circumference). I was a bit scared with my sewing machine. since I have never used it. We thought it would be easier to do projects with pre-loaded coils, they fit the bill and worked well. When I ran out of line on two spools and had to reload the spool, I felt comfortable enough to do so. The small storage box was handier and more durable than other Singer sewing kits I've purchased.

I bought them to not stuff as many bobbins. You are very angry because it is difficult to find the end of the thread. Each has an end sticking out, but nothing gives when you pull it. After looking through a magnifying glass for longer than I expected, I realized they must have wrapped the thread around the end a few times. This meant I had to find a spot for the seam ripper to pull under a few other thread passes so I could start using the bobbin. I probably wouldn't buy these again.

, Wanted to clarify this after speaking to a Singer representative this morning. She confirmed that these are NOT the correct Class 15 coils and apologized on Singer's behalf. The company that makes the coils for the Singer made a large batch of these fake coils and they said the Singer couldn't recall the product because there are no lot numbers for things like coils. She explained that this will NOT damage your machine, but will/could cause sewing problems like nesting and loops. In my case…
