🎤 SMM-205 Singing Machine Unidirectional Dynamic Microphone with 10 Ft. Cord - Black (One Size) Review

Attention buyers. I plugged this item in and it was barely audible through the huge speaker it was plugged into. Unfortunately I made the mistake of buying two. Even though I ordered it 3 days ago it seems non-refundable. DO NOT BUY THIS. Mine didn't work and I can't return it. A complete waste of money.

We bought this to use with (SML385BTW Singing Machine Top Loading CDG Karaoke System with Bluetooth, Sound and Disco Light Show (White)) The microphone is better than the machine and its cable is longer, it has less feedback and breath sounds when children sing. Good product (black microphone on the left)

This is terrible quality! We bought two to replace the one that came with our Singing Machine karaoke system which we got our daughter for Christmas. The original microphone stopped working at Christmas. Bought these to replace these. One of them lasted about a week. Another, maybe 2-2.5? My kids weren't rough with them (especially on the second set - I was careful to emphasize how gentle we need to be with them!).

This is the coolest microphone ever! I bought this as a recommended add-on for my 10 year old daughter to use with the Fisher karaoke speaker my dad gave her for Christmas and she is very happy. The sound quality is very good and it is very well made and a great price too!. Holds up well to my daughter who throws it around when she sings and drops it all the time because she is 10 years old. I highly recommend it.

This thing has slowly stopped working after less than a month of use. In the beginning it worked sometimes, if you shake it a little it can start working for a while. As a result, everyone stopped working together. I unscrewed the top and the connections became solderless. I would like to return this but this is the past return window. I'll probably try to re-solder it, but I really don't have to. The microphone that came with the karaoke machine has been fine so far.

I've already ordered 3 or 4 of these mics and I can say with confidence that they are of poor quality. They just don't last. I have about 4 months of use before they short out and eventually stop working altogether. The price is affordable and they work well initially, but I haven't been able to get them to work for more than 6 months.
