I was sure I had insurance so I contacted Revain support. They also couldn't contact them and help me to solve the problem. Zo, they gave me a return label and asked me to send it back. Such a disaster.

I bought this cooker to replace my friend's cooktop. It was easy to install, you only needed to buy a plug (connector). She loves it. He cooks great. heats up quickly. If I had to point out one downside, I would say that most of its cookware is not compatible with an induction cooktop and using an induction cooktop on incompatible cookware is not recommended by most experts.
