I love the true white upper with minimal burner lines and no unsightly circles. Heats up quickly and is easy to clean. The set includes a razor blade with a comfortable grip. Its slim profile makes it ideal for mounting above my 'wall' oven that sits under my kitchen island. However, the installation was not easy. The only schematic is on a small sticker with three different options, with two options displayed on each of the three. This amazed even my licensed electrician. When I called the supposed tech support all I was told was to email the seller and give them 48 hours to respond. Not helpful at all. This finally worked with my 220 volt three wire. The black and blue wires were tied together to make a hot one. The brown and gray wires were tied together as a second hot wire. Earth was used as neutral. I hope to be able to cook again. This unobtrusive hob hits the spot for a great price and fast shipping!
