Description of Sinica

Sinica is a visitor management system that allow visitors to input their own details into the system when they arrive and on completion, which includes agreement to the company's Health & Safety Policy, a visitor badge is automatically printed and an image is captured of visitor and notification of their arrival sent to nominated staff on the network it is a solution for signing in guests to meetings, events and conferences.

Great new system, great value & excellent after sales

It was very easy set-up as there are loads of tutorials available online with plenty of screenshots which make setup quick and painless! There isn't much at present but I have only been using over 2 weeks so far - we've had some issues around our internal mail service (which has now all be resolved) however this hasn’t impacted any day to date operations other than minor delays whilst getting everything working again! Great user friendly meeting room booking app

The way you can set up event settings makes this software easy! It also has many different templates so there are no problems with finding something suitable if need be (which we have needed!). There may not always seem like much choice between themes but I would recommend going through them all as some work better than others - just make sure your looking at what works best within each theme setting rather then thinking 'this one must fit'. Excellent customer services and easy to navigate site

The dashboard layout makes me feel like I am looking at my computer screen instead than just browsing through pages with links or images! It also allows us access from our mobile devices so we can use this during conference times as well if required without having loads etc all over your office desk top!! Not much really apart form some minor issues i have found nothing yet but thats mainly down doenst using them enough. We are able fix any problems very quickly via live chat/email support…
