High quality towel. I washed it maybe 40 times and it stayed nice and soft with no lint and just a slight gray cast. It dries the hair very well and absorbs very well. I've never used a button, but the elastic loop works great and stays elastic despite 110 days of daily use.

Edit: The button fell off within two weeks of use and the elastic curled up completely on its own, unlike my real brand Turbie Twist hair towel. No big deal, it's still soft after a few washes. But I am taking two stars for the elastic and button. I love this hair towel! I already have a few Turbie Twists but I needed the black one for my hair color and it's perfect! So soft and big enough for those with long hair. I love this thing!

How can I explain how amazing this is?!? I wanted a black hair towel like the salons use because I color my hair every month and am tired of looking at a hair towel with nasty color stains half the time. I started looking and went with the reviews. I have never used a turban style towel, just regular cotton terry towels to wrap my hair - never scrubbed. When I first used this turban, I was amazed. I was able to wear it longer when dressing which allows a lot more water to come out of my hair…

Works well for the purpose I bought it for. I dye my hair a lot, it helps my regular towels stay stain free. I also like the softness of this product, but it doesn't dry hair as well as a regular towel.

Looks like it was used then washed and returned. In my opinion it was faded and less plush than it should have been if it were new. I washed it again and will use it but I wish I didn't have that feeling.
