Works very well, decent transfer speed, no driver installation required

This is a pretty cool card if you're upgrading an old PC with USB 3.0 or just want more USB 3.0 slots. The first thing to note is that you need extra power to run it. You need to make sure you have a SATA power connector on your power supply that is free to use this. Unfortunately, if you try to use it without it, it won't work. But the product works well.

This article works great but only AFTER LOTS of research. There was NO documentation included so I had to do a lot of googling to find a card like this and see what the jumper settings needed to be to enable the external ports. THEN, once it was installed, there were so many different models and brands on the driver disk to choose from that I went to the Revain website and looked at the article to see if anything in the description would help. Easy setup in Windows 10

I'm a little USB eater. Label Printer, External DAC, Storage Arrays. Even with the ports on my motherboard and all the external USB connections, I could still use a few more ports. It only took a few seconds to figure out how to install the bracket and slide the card into my system. I appreciate that they offer the option to connect an AC adapter.
