not expensive or easy to use

The siphon works but the hose is a little stiff, bends and blocks the flow and it takes 4 or 5 hands to keep the flow going. So not the best option if you're trying to complete this task alone.

Pros
  • A must-have tool for home brewers, it's the easiest and quickest way to pour beer from bottle to bottle.
Cons
  • Some difficulties

great bang for the buck

I think it's great for pumping wine into bottles. I love that it has a part that needs to be squeezed to start sucking and I don't have to suck on it. I bought another one to clean the aquarium. strong and flexible

Pros
  • Food grade hose perfect for brewing, wine making, home brewing etc
Cons
  • Almost everything included

Works, but slow and difficult to clean

I use this to pump beer from a glass bottle into a bottling bucket for secondary fermentation. It works with my 5 gallon charcoal. I love that I can drop it on the floor and it will retain most of the leftover fermentation. It works, but very, very slowly. A larger internal tubing size would be better. I also find it difficult to clean and I'll probably throw it away soon because I'm afraid it will get dirty at some point.

Pros
  • Material: non-toxic and tasteless polypropylene Length: 1.9m
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
