Good product, poor packaging

Excellent product. Terrible packaging! Ordered 3ft black 15" and it came in an envelope with a package of roll vinyl inside. Needless to say, the vinyl was flattened and dented when it arrived. It's terrible. The vinyl didn't stick properly no matter what temperature my iron was at and it was almost impossible to remove the plastic cover. I ended up just stitching all the vinyl and it looked even worse. I think this product works best on ragged fabric…
