GREAT PRODUCT for die cutting and embossing

I used it to cut and notch my may baskets. It was sooooo nice to have a foldable pillow! Without them, dies sometimes cut creases instead of dents for bending. good product!

Works best for die cutting and embossing

Ideal for Sizzix Bigz dies which are designed for both die cutting and embossing. With this folding block, the dies work exactly as they should. No more cutting through lines that should have been creases! It works so well!

Excellent cutting base for achieving good fold marks in box punches or similar.

This die-cut block is ideal for crumpled stamps. Creates a nice folding pattern for box shaped dies. It not only reinforces the crease but also cuts at the same time. Since I make a lot of curvy keepsake boxes, this mat is perfect for that. It is also known as the "Strike" pad in the Scrapmadesimple videos on You Tube.

You can use premium wrinkle pads.

I took a chance and bought this Sizzix Premium Extended Crease Pad. I have a Fiskars fuse and it doesn't come with a fold block which is necessary if you make cards (or anything that has a fold in a cube). I don't know if this will work. Luckily this is the case and the Ellison A2 card punches I bought (not from Revain) came out fine and ready to be folded in half. I would buy this product again in a heartbeat. It's durable and I don't expect to have to. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5…
