Bought these 6.5" speakers to replace the factory speakers on a 06 4-door Tundra. I installed the speakers about 3 weeks ago. You sound amazing! The bass is deep and clear, the high frequencies are crisp. The speakers exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend them.

I have to say I was amazed at the sound quality that Skar Audio speakers put out for the price. I was a bit impressed that they even tuned the sound quality a bit. I would say the equivalent branded speaker would be the Polk MM series in terms of sound quality. Try them out and see for yourself. You can take the amp with ease and it will turn you on even more!

This is the best value for money. The tweets on it are insanely loud and clear. With them, you don't need a separate set of tweeters at all. 4 ordered to replace the factory speakers. I didn't add an amp, I just added them to the factory and they sound fantastic. I can only imagine what a small amp can do to improve an already amazing sound.

Since I have almost all Skar Audio systems in my car, I exchanged mine for the factory systems (in my 2016 Honda Accrod Sport) because they sound too quiet with NO HIGH. I replaced them with these and, man, when I said I hear everything and they sound freaking awesome. They are value for money and I will definitely buy more products from them. I already have subwoofer, OFC amp kit, amp and box. I definitely support the movement and the quality they put into the product. love it

The sound is good, you definitely need an amplifier in the back. 3 stars for the installation. They were a bit low for the back of a 2010 Honda Civic. They hit the trunk torsion springs that hold the trunk open, the speaker jacks were also large and hit the floor and the front doors even hit the exit brackets, the rear floor had to be trimmed, the speakers in the front doors had to be turned small and new installed. 2013 Hyundai. Passenger speakers burned out from day one. I'm guessing from internet that this is a common issue with Hyundai passenger side speakers. Installed 4 of these on my JBL Stage A6004 equipped Nissan Rogue. They sounded great from the start but be very careful how you use them. drive these. Installed 2 of these in the front doors of a 2001 Chevy 1500 along with 2 Skar TX46s in the back halves of the doors and was blown away by the sound quality. They are insanely loud and clear. Even without a subwoofer, the sound is quite powerful and not muddy. These speakers do not require additional tweeters or amplifiers. They sound fantastic too.
