Skechers Glides Calculous Slip-On Loafer Review

Skecher shoes are comfortable. This is my second pair in 1 1/2 years. I normally wear a US size 10.5 to 11. I ordered my first pair on January 19, 2017 in a size 10.5 (ASIN: B00RENKBXC) and they were a little snug on me but soon had a great fit. They were my goto shoes and I wore them a lot until the toe seam on my right boot came undone and the soles wore out. I really like these shoes and would love to give them 5 stars overall but 3 stars is all I can complain about the most anyway they are that I wear them every day and the memory foam inserts (which are already in) don't last long. The insoles are gradually breaking and you have big holes, in both shoes in the heel area and then in the toe area. I even tried adding extra insoles to the shoes, thinking it would help. but unfortunately that's not the case, and even with extra stakes they still fall

It's like walking on clouds. I've worn other Skechers that are just as comfortable but seem to have a little better grip. I particularly like the value for money. Cheaper shoes often have rough edges on the inside that bother my feet when I'm wearing them without socks. I have never had any problems with Skechers products. If I want to switch from home sleepers to walking shoes with my dog, I don't have to wear socks and can enjoy walking.

Initially I was very happy with them. They are great in some situations like home, office and very good in flight. But for me they just aren't strong enough and often walk on my foot. They are very soft so it's great in some situations. I won't be using them as an all round shoe, just on specific occasions when I just want to take them off or when I don't have to walk much. So for me they are comfortable to wear but very soft, not for long walks
