I love how light and comfortable these shoes are. The soles of yoga mats are so cushioning that every step is like stepping on a trampoline. I can wear them for long periods, to events where I run miles, and at the end of the day I'm not in pain. I also have plantar fasciitis, and while it's not as bad as it used to be, it doesn't bring back those bad symptoms where it would hurt so bad I'd have to roll my foot over a message log.

When I first tried them on they were amazing. they were light, very soft and comfortable. I really enjoyed these daily walks around the area. After about 6 weeks I noticed that they were starting to hurt my feet so I checked the soles of the shoes and found out what the photos show. After a month and a half of use, they expired! These are probably the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. They are walking on clouds BUT they have a serious problem. I work 12 hour shifts transporting patients to the hospital. On average, I walk 15 to 20 miles per shift. My feet were missing Nike "sneakers" so I decided to try them. You are perfect. This is the most comfortable and softest step I have ever tried. They really help hit my knees as it feels like walking on soft carpet when actually walking on a sidewalk. BUT. It has a price tag, pictures show wear and tear after only 3 days of walking my dog, only pavement. As if the material is too soft and wears out with normal walking. I know they won't last very long but as long as they last they reduce the impact on my knee joints. Also, buy half a size larger than usual.
