Love using Hirevue to help find great Software QA professionals

I like how easy it is for me as both employer AND candidate! It's also very helpful when you're looking at multiple candidates since they can be compared side by side in one place rather than searching through resumes or emails individually (which takes forever). Sometimes there are issues where some information isn't available but we've been able fix this pretty easily if needed - usually just asking someone from their team who works closely w/the product directly has fixed any problems…

Pros
  • The ability to use different devices, suchas laptops vs computers makes my searches easier because then everything matches up insteadof seeing separate resume files with each application form submitted online..it speeds things along nicely especiallyfor large companies that have lots goingon within HR functions!!! Allowing peopleto make mistakes & submit againis wonderful
