I really expected more but they just don't color well. In order for them to color at all, you have to press very hard, after which a lot of dust remains. Many colors come out the same on paper. Technically there were 50 different pens in the ad, but I'm definitely not impressed.

Don't buy this. It's almost impossible to sharpen them at all, let alone fine sharpen them. The tree breaks and blocks the sharpener. There is almost no correlation between barrel color and lead color. Applying paint to paper requires a lot of effort. A complete waste of money. Send them back for a refund.

These crayons don't have heads of their own. Each of them mimics the colors of the other. For example, all shades of blue look almost the same. Oranges, pinks and purples are like that too. This is very frustrating. They also break, not just at the tip, but deep inside the pencil. Just buy better/more expensive pens and save!

I would believe there are 60 or 70 different colors but some pencils always look the same no matter how closely I examine the markings. In addition, some pencils are difficult to sharpen and the lead breaks several times during the sharpening process. It could be a 5 star product if you include the price in your review but I didn't consider the price.

Bought these for my 6 year old who is interested in drawing. The price was good as were the tones and colors. Too bad we only have 1 yellow and 11 brown and not even the original shade of orange. The rod breaks when sharpened, so you can see how much blue and red have decreased until we get a good point. Overall my son likes them and he just wishes there was less brown and more yellow and his favorite color is orange.

I bought these for trips with my adult coloring books. I thought it would be a great space saver.". Mmmm... I don't know what these people did with these pens, but they are NOT for coloring. They are literally the worst pens I have ever bought. The color is scratchy and the leads are very hard. I ended up taking full-size pencils on a trip, I don't recommend them to anyone, for anything, ever.

Colors are not particularly bright and saturated. Mostly pastel shades. Dry squeaking noise when painting, louder than other brands. A few items were broken off when I received them, 2 more broke off when I was painting the test pieces. Finally there are 50 on the box and there were only 49. There are no color names and numbers so I couldn't even try to tell the company which one was missing. (And yes, I would expect them to send a replacement if I had the information.)
