Very cool - better than the $80 Apple approved alternative

I was hesitant to buy a laptop stand for 1/4 the price of the Apple approved version (Twelve South HiRise) but I stopped trigger to click on it. And I have no regrets - the device came in a tiny box, assembly was trivial, and the stand is much stronger than the HiRise device I've used for years.

Game Changer: Booths

I'm a teacher and my neck hurts when teaching digitally. It works so well. It's raised to the perfect height and my neck no longer hurts. It is very durable. I also used it to look up recipes online while I was cooking. Very diverse.

Worst purchase ever

From day one of use one of the small parts connecting the frame was loose and wobbly. I tried attaching it with glue and replacing it with another one until it slipped and was gone, and it was unbearable. It would be best to create a single solid part instead of 3 assembled piece by piece with poorly made connectors

First off, its height is barely 5.5 inches

The description says it's 6 inches tall, if that's as important to you as it is to me then you know it's only 5.5 inches tall. I use it over a piano keyboard so the low height was important. However, it is very easy to assemble and is quite stable, although you can bend the metal arms when you try it.

Good height, holds laptop well. The beautiful metal frame snaps into place.

Needed a stand so my neck doesn't hurt when I have to look at the screen. I have a dual display setup and a monitor that I can adjust to the height I want, but I needed this stand to get my laptop at the same height as my monitor. It holds the laptop well and is stable. There is plenty of space underneath to store your papers, keyboard and mouse when not in use. My only complaint (hence the 4 stars) is that the rubber grip that the laptop rests on was not fully bonded and one of the support…
