Ears hurt. I probably just don't like it. But they work and look really good. My wife likes them and they seem to suit her better.

Extremely unstable charge in the case. Bought two, both have the same problem. Tech support said just go back and buy more and more. This is not a solution. Otherwise they sounded great and fit well. Too bad the charger didn't work.

Inconvenient, bad sound quality and not syncing with each other when calling. The one on the right has a delay of about half a second. Charging is terrible. They don't fit well in the charging case and have to be pressed to charge. Otherwise, they stay on and automatically connect to phones unless Bluetooth is turned off.

I'm glad I didn't buy them at full price as they are pretty much the opposite of what I expected. The earbud is huge and difficult to position properly for the sound quality. I've found the headphones to randomly drop off without warning. I've bent and remade the malleable earhooks, trying to find a sweet spot that will hold them in place, but haven't found anything yet.
