Not exactly a launcher

Well it was a little false advertising. It's not really a launcher. You have to hand throw the parachute lol. Still ok I think.

My kids (ages 3 and 5) love tossing grocery bags to the wind and pretending.

My kids (3 and 5 years old) love tossing groceries into the wind and pretending they are parachutes. When I found this I thought they would love it. They loved him and played with him for hours. They don't usually have that kind of attention span with toys. You can't even do it at that altitude, but the parachute can still catch air. So far the parachute and attached manikin appear to be of good quality. He even got caught on a tree several times, and the parachute broke or didn't catch. The…

Dollar Store toys are good for original and fun toys

I think the toy would be better if there was some way to "pop" it. You just have to flick your wrist to get it, but little kids can't figure it out, so they just throw it on the ground.

Don't buy because it says 'Launcher'

Bought for the "launcher". I gave 3 stars because the guy and the parachute are ok but it was a big disappointment when we saw the launcher.

Made cheap. in figures of toy parachutists

The parachutist is not a launcher. It is very difficult for a child to gain height for the parachute to work well. The plastic launch tube broke within the first half hour. A parachute is fine, but difficult to use and very cheaply made.

In general, the launcher has a poor design. After many very strong swing attempts.

Generally, the launcher is poorly constructed. After many very hard swing attempts by an adult to get it out of the launcher, it finally fell out of the end of the launcher behind the person trying to launch it on the back of the swing. However, the man and the parachute looked fine. The whole point of buying this expensive variant of Skydiver was to get a cool launcher that worked. Hence the rating is 1 star.
