As advertised - vibration and shock absorption

Perfect fit for the shock absorber on the rear of an elevated 94 xj jeep I bought with skyjackers already installed had to top two push in bolt mount no problem uses locksmith vise

Pros
  • Hardened and double chrome 5/8" rod
Cons
  • Disappearing

Don't make this mistake!

Extremely Disappointed. After 1 year, the shock absorbers will shrink and not return to the fully extended position. You must return them manually. This resulted in a terrible ride. In addition, the shock absorbers leak, which leads to constant squeaking. I had to use the competitors' row. It was the only solution. Now I'm very happy.

Pros
  • Multi-Stage Speed Sensing Valve
Cons
  • New Competitors Emerged

The best cheap shock absorbers for jeeps with a lift.

Fits on Jeep YJ with 4" lift kit. Not bad for cheap shocks. Some dross around the lugs where the bushings go. You will need to clean them before installing the bushings to avoid damage The shocks have replaced a set of old rusty Warn Black Diamond shocks that were installed with the original jack a few years ago Ride and handling have improved and are noticeable but not essential...your YJ drove better depressurize your tires by mid 20's Jeeps weigh less than 3000 pounds and don't need 50psi in

Pros
  • Twin tube design
Cons
  • Available in white only
