I really liked that I worked 2 months. After about 2 months, the picture quality started to deteriorate until the picture disappeared completely. I reset it and tried reinstalling it but to no avail. I wrote to their support and got a quick response (within 24 hours) but only received an email telling me to restart my computer and try a clean install. I already have a Furbo for my pup but I also recently bought a Skymee dog camera as a Christmas present for my pup. I think some of the people who left comments saying "I can't connect to wifi" actually knew how to connect.
