I really liked that I worked 2 months. After about 2 months, the picture quality started to deteriorate until the picture disappeared completely. I reset it and tried reinstalling it but to no avail. I wrote to their support and got a quick response (within 24 hours) but only received an email telling me to restart my computer and try a clean install. My pup was scared of the treats being thrown at her. He makes a lot of noise when he fires treats. Update: I don't know who leaves these reviews, but their "guarantee" is useless. I've had this for 7 months and Skymee hasn't done anything except send me two general emails on how to use the reset button and try again. I have had less than 2 months of use and have received NO support/replacement/repair. I would look for a more reputable company behind their warranty. It was a waste of money. If they fix it I'll update to advise. UPDATE: A few months after I posted my negative review, I received a reply to my emails and a device replacement. Turns out I was right all along. The problem wasn't with my installation. The first was broken. The new one works as expected and I'm happy with it. Too bad the negative review made them think they did the right thing.
