I had a hair dryer to dry my Shih Tzu with. It recently broke and instead of spending $400 on a new one I decided to buy this hand clamp that attaches to my dining table and holds my hair dryer and allows me to dry my pup who hates hair dryers and squirms. Hold it in place and comb out while the dryer dries with a clip. It's brilliant and it works so well. Very happy with this purchase

Arrived on time. Doesn't support its weight and the dryer doesn't hold the shape it was bent into. The clamp is not big enough to fix the shelf.

First I attached it to the vanity top. But the overhang is enough to make it firm and stable. So I managed to fix it on top of the dressing table. Ideally, the clamp should be about 1/3 shorter and 50% wider to better fit against the center top of the vanity. With the exception of the clip limit, this works very well. Very stable gooseneck, holds hair dryer securely.

This device works better than I expected. I can only use one arm until the fracture heals. It comes almost fully assembled and can easily be complemented with your own hand dryer. It is very durable and securely attached to the counter.

I bought this stand to use while recovering from shoulder surgery. It made me and my husband (who doesn't need help drying his hair) very happy! It works fine and as described. However, I would like a little more flexibility when attaching to different surfaces or countertops. For me I need to position the base at a slight angle to attach it to the countertop. It's a little less secure than I'd like due to some "stops" built into the base.

Product well made and as advertised! I have shoulder surgery and can't hold the dryer. I've been practicing now and it's working fine! I'm 5ft 8" and wish he was a little taller! I built my countertop so the top of the dryer was high enough for me by simply laying a brick on the countertop!

I wish I could give it 4.5 stars because it's great in terms of functionality. It's great to just turn on the dryer and let it run on its own while I do my makeup in the morning. The only thing I don't like is that the stand is heavy. I have to attach it to my desk to balance the weight so it sits in an awkward place. Still worth the cost, it made getting ready in the morning that much easier.

This product works great! I am a professional groomer and we comb the dogs with a hair dryer. Before this stand came, I had to hold the dryer with my hand and/or my neck, brush the dog, and hold the dog to dry it. This usually causes a lot of stress in the dog. NOW the stress is gone! I love this stand, best investment I've ever made!
