Love these. They're relatively heavy and stay in place when you pick up your drink. I've had other coasters sticking to the bottom of the glass and it hurt. I like her looks.

There's no point in owning this stand if your whole goal isn't to get your furniture wet/stained with drinks. Condensation from them falls directly onto the countertop. They're also flaky and black bits fall all over the place when you first use them.

It is a big mistake to think that they suck water from a glass. not correct. They show water rings and the only way to keep them looking decent is to wash them after each use. Pooh. I would not recommend them. Maybe I should have known that slate is ok.

I love the look of these coasters. It's like little slabs of stone. They make the perfect housewarming or wedding gift. We are considering monogramming them with our family's initials. My first set arrived broken but they were replaced promptly, no questions asked.

The product looks great although it does get dirty easily after being soaked in liquid a few times. I also don't like that it crumbles easily. You definitely don't want to drop it on the floor or do anything violent with it. The edges crumble much less after scraping loose material. I'm definitely satisfied with the look and use.
