I never write reviews but I think I should warn you that this product sheds quite a bit of hair, I've been using it for almost a year and it's still shedding. I have to clean every day. It's warm enough. As for the reviews claiming it has a smell, I couldn't tell and I have a pretty good sense of smell. Also, I have to say that my rhinitis stopped when I started using it. So overall it's a good product but the hair loss on the part is annoying.

So far so good - I don't know what happened to the reviewer with tons of yarn falling out from under the covers, but it works fine for me. I put a West Elm comforter over it, and it's warm and warm when it's cold, but not too hot when it's warmer at night (although we have other wool comforters and should remove them entirely for the Southern California summer). I would highly recommend wool blankets in general and so far it seems ok, especially for the price (wool can be VERY expensive).

I wanted to try a different duvet. JUST UNBELIEVABLE. You can have the coldest airflow and this duvet will keep you warm, but it won't build up so much heat underneath that you get hot and uncomfortable. Truly the most comfortable blanket I've ever had. This blanket is awesome, relaxing. I really like sleeping with him. When I first lay down in bed I can feel it radiating warmth back to me and then somehow stabilizing at the right temperature.
