Description of Halo Sleepsack Early Walker Large, Micro-Fleece, Mini Stars Charcoal

Micro-fleece. Use over regular sleepwear to take the place of loose blankets; designed and sized with a loose, generous fit to give ample leg room if you choose to tuck your little one’s feet in for sleeping. If you plan on your child using it primarily with feet out, consider buying a smaller size for its lesser length; makes it easier for Baby to stand up in the crib, but walking around the house may be difficult with the recommended size. Unzips from the bottom for easy diaper changes; generous sack design allows room for kicking, but cannot be kicked off so baby stays warm all night; sleeveless design reduces the risk of overheating. Made from a lightweight 100% polyester micro-fleece knit fabric with a TOG rating of 1.0, for warmer climates and seasons; layer with warmer sleepwear for cooler temperatures. Available here in Large Size, recommended for 12-18 month babies, generally from 22-28 pounds and 30-35 inches long, if used with FEET IN; consider a smaller size if used primarily with FEET OUT.

I love this sleeping bag

I want to leave a review for other moms to describe how it differs from other sleeping bags. This sleeping bag is GREAT for when your little one starts moving, standing and walking in their sleeping bag. They think their little feet will get cold, but the sleeping bag works the same as other sleeping bags. They omit the leg holes and their feet stay warm in the core of the bag. When they wake up or move around in their sack, you can just tuck their legs in, making it easy to keep it snug and…

Such a great concept

I like it so far! My son has been sleeping under the covers for 7 months. He loved it and couldn't sleep without it. He is now 20 months old and either categorically refuses to be tucked in by him or abandons him shortly after falling asleep. It's winter and frost in the Northeast so I always wear it at night. It helps a lot! I pair it with light cotton pajamas to keep cool and stay comfy and cozy all night! I sleep with him, so he can wake up in the morning, get up and play while I'm still…

The size is smaller! on Nursery

I love halo sleeping bags and was very happy to find them for toddlers. They are perfect when my son is wearing his older brother's lighter pajamas and needs a little extra warmth. It was very difficult for me to decide on a size. They don't seem to be the same dimensions as baby sleeping bags. My son is 17 months old and almost out of his 18 month old Carter fleece pajamas and fits in size 2T separate/cotton Carter pajamas (which I find small). We ordered a large one (recommended for 12-18…

Super Heavy Duty Sleeping Bag

I needed something after my baby outgrew his flying squirrel sleeping bag at just over 12 months. He seems to be doing much better in a sleeping bag so I really didn't want to change anything, but I had to find something new that indicated his age. I did a lot of research and will say that I chose this mainly because of the product photos. . I find her pretty funny. I will say we have used it for over 6 months and it still has a ton of life left and it looks like it will last a year longer…

I recommend BUT 2 stars for these two items

Okay so listen to me: I highly recommend buying this item if you have a room that is cold for your little one. The main reason I deducted 2 stars? 1. It's too expensive, $25. I think it's unnecessary.2. The size grid is far from the same. My 21 month old 18-24 month old fits in a 12-18 month old morning sleeping bag. I listened to other reviewers and downsized and they were all RIGHT. REDUCE SIZE. If I had bought the size according to the charts, he would have tripped over the sleeping bag. I…

Overall great quality!

I love anything with a halo as we used several when my son was a baby. This bag is the perfect weight for the colder months and I love the flexibility my son needs to be able to stand or walk and not get in the way as his feet are outside. The star print is a cute, gender-neutral option. The only thing I would say is be careful with the size. My son is 12 months old but very tall (99% tall wearing 2T). Of course I thought I should order the XL size as that size fitted his clothing size but it…
