Bought this in green for my slim but tall (38 inch) 3 year old. I have a 2T and the tulle hits just below the knees, although the ribbed hem is shorter (but it covers her bum well). These are cute little tutu dresses. I have Dusty Rose and Black. They fit my 4 year old perfectly. They have a full inner lining which is basically the top of the leotard extended to the skirt. The outside of the tutu has slits on each side along the thigh, but I really like that.
