Tire sensors failed

I used up a little tire just to drive my Jeep 5 miles down a country road from home to the dealership without towing and without damaging the wheel. The mud was there for a while and after that my tire sensors didn't work even though the tire was changed right away - the sensors didn't last that crap forever - maybe 30 minutes because I was driving slowly. This stuff has caused more repairs than an overpriced tire change. I should have just towed it because that would have saved me money…

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Crumpled package

perfect for tractor tires

My tractor has 33 hp. After reading a number of reviews I decided on the Slime brand. I removed the valve core and put in some grease before deflating the tire and driving around a bit. I did the same as a preventive measure on the other side. It's been a few weeks now and it's holding air with no loss of pressure. I'm not sure how big the patched hole was, but it took a few minutes to fill with air before the tire lost air. I was very pleased with the results of this material.

Pros
  • Everything is great!
Cons
  • Not bad

Worked great on tractor slow leaks

I have had several slow leaks on the tires on my tubeless garden tractor, snow blower and also my stroller. Not sure if it was rim leaks or dry rot but there is a lot of tread left and I hate changing small tires because they are so painful. Slime is worth saving my time and nerves and all these tires are ready to go and no more slow leaks. Yes, cards are great. When it comes to your car, if you can't fix a tire problem, then get new tires.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Secret

Works great, use it on all my tractors!

Exactly what I needed. Slime was for my front wheel tractors (Mahindra 55hp - 2555 - cab). Front lifted off FEL, valve stem pulled out, 1/2 bottle injected each side, valve stem installed, vented again. I can't use it for the rear tires because they are filled with beetroot juice. The valve cap/stem remover works but hurts. If you have a "real" valve stem remover I would suggest using that. Just in case, make sure you have extra valve stems - those pesky things tend to fly into places that…

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Useless features

Place one in the back of your car - saves expensive towing costs.

Not only has this stuff saved me tons of time when I've been stuck with minor damage (like punctures), it has also saved me from having to pull my car in for a long weekend in the snow Lake Tahoe after side damage. I simply pumped the specified amount into the tire, pumped it up, drove slowly through the lot until the condo was provisionally repaired, and then was able to drive home, stopping every 50 miles to replenish some lost PSIs. Not a permanent replacement, but saved $$$ on towing. Put…
