Slime 20048 Automotive Accessories Review

Pressure gauge about 20psi higher than it should. Thinking my TPMS sensors weren't working properly I decided to pull my .99 gauge and TPMS was fine.

Low price but you get what you get. My gauge fluctuated between 2-5psi below actual tire pressure. If inaccuracy doesn't bother you, this sensor will do, but if you want accuracy, buy elsewhere.

Slime features two pressure gauges. This is the smaller of the two. The only difference is that one is offered with a 'Silver' finish while the larger one (not this item) is offered with a Copper Bronze finish.

I bought this sensor for a friend who is a relatively new driver/owner. Its size is perfect for the glove box and it's fairly accurate (I've compared it to a much more expensive race quality sensor I own). It was a very good purchase for me and a great gift for my friend.

I bought this because I wanted something more accurate than the traditional retractable rod gauge. The dial shows a mark for every 2 pounds. I'm getting stable readings, but these readings are off by exactly 4 pounds. The 40psi reading on the gauge actually corresponds to 44psi in my tire. Not the accuracy I was hoping for.
