Installed on the underside of the housing. It's beautiful, keeps my phone magnetized in the car and due to the location I can still charge my Note 9 wirelessly. {I don't use a ring so it's not a problem for me. I opened the ring and it works fine.} Extremely thin. I love it!

After reading many negative reviews about this product, I still refused good advice and made a purchase. From the packaging the product is what it says on the tin, a small ring on the finger and after special care based on other reviews. The ring just broke through a simple opening. That's a waste of money.

Really thin but this product is not strong enough to last long. I've been wearing it for about a month and the black finish is almost gone, the inge is so loose it doesn't hold up when used as a landscape stand. The adhesive side also peels off. I had high hopes for it as I wanted to get the case off my chest, but it didn't quite live up to what it promised.

Honestly this is the BEST phone accessory I have ever bought. I recently bought a minimalist phone case (metal bumper with no back panel). Together they are perfect and unobtrusive. It feels like I have an iPhone without a case. Really MUST be bought. Addendum: It broke within a week of purchase. I fiddled with opening and closing the ring and the small flimsy pin holding it together broke cleanly.

I've only had it for a few days and it's really very thin but that's why I'm afraid it might break after 2 minutes. In addition, it is in no way suitable for wireless charging. I don't know if it's the wireless charger I'm using or what, but the ring gets really hot. I still have to take off my phone case to charge it because I'm afraid it will overheat my phone and charger. So be careful.

This product is very easy to install but it is not as thin as the pictures, although it is the thinnest on the market. I'm not happy with this ring stand because you have to place it strategically for it to work properly as a ring stand as it doesn't open more than 90 degrees. The ring broke after 11 days when I opened it to use as a stand but the magnet was stuck in the phone case.

Advantages: Very thin, the ring snaps in neatly. Cons: The included glue is completely useless. Have used a few things like this before, even on this phone. Never before has a phone been dropped so quickly, less than ten minutes from the sealed box to the phone falling. Couldn't even support its own weight on the original plastic backing. I can't "not recommend" it, but I can say it won't be anymore, whatever I decide to replace it with.

This ring works exactly as advertised. It's very thin, allowing me to put my phone in my wallet, which wasn't possible with Popsocket. My favorite feature is that it spins in circles. So if I need to turn it to a different angle without cramping my hand, I can do it. Customer service was great too - after only using it for four days my phone fell into the perfect spot (just like when you drop your phone face down and it lands perfectly to smash the screen), and the ring cracked.
