The lightness of the bag. It holds a lot, but stays small.

Purchased for our trip to Orlando. It was the best bag I've ever had. Everything is very well done. No complaints. Love it. The space for charging in the bag is very convenient. You must have a power bank.

Cunning flash, bad port.

Last minute before WDW otherwise I would probably send it back. The main compartment is very difficult to open because the zipper is covered by a hem. I thought it was anti-theft but I struggle with that every time. It's so complicated that if I don't fold in the edge completely every time, I'm afraid the zipper will eventually tear. Also, the external charging port got disconnected at the worst and I had a very hard time reconnecting it.

Not a genuine Swiss Gear product! Manufactured by All 4 Way

The bag is very beautiful and functional, overall I'm very happy with it so far. The strap is not as comfortable for me as the bag I replaced which was an "official" Swiss Gear product. On the logo (similar to a Swiss gear) you can see that it looks like a cross with a small number 4 inside. When I first looked at the bag and assumed it was a newer version of the bag I've been carrying for the past 5 years, I was disappointed to learn it wasn't from the manufacturer I bought it from bought most
