The first one came with a tear probably due to a courier company but they sent a replacement very quickly which arrived on time and looked perfect!

This mug is so cute! Not very convenient for drinking, but so cute to hold lip glosses! maybe a bit overpriced but it was cheaper and quicker than if I had bought it in town

So cute! But the cup curves in a strange way, and when I drank from it, I spilled water. It didn't squirt when I held the pen perpendicular to my face, which was an odd way of holding a drink. I have returned :(

This was a gift for my daughter who loves sloths. It's sweet, but it's actually a little hard to drink. The sloth's head interferes with drinking. It's a nice novelty, just not very practical to use.

A few weeks ago we received this sloth mug for our neighbor's daughter. 90% of the liquid she has drunk since then came from this cup. She dubbed it "Speckles" because it has a mottled finish (not a selling point in my opinion, but she loves it). The mug is large and has a good volume, but the top opening is large. So if you're a fan of the temperature of your hot drinks, you might not like how quickly the heat escapes from between the sloth's hands.

I received this mug as a birthday present for a friend and it was a hit. The mug is large enough for a large cup of tea or cocoa. It claims to be dishwasher safe and I know it's microwave safe (since we tested that). The design is very cute and sloths are all the rage these days. So far it seems solid enough - time will tell. This will definitely be an interesting gift if you want to gift someone who has everything.

Very nice! We only got it because of the Sloth character. Good weight for it at 15.2 ounces. However, I have to say that it is not ideal for drinking. Look at my photos, the rims of the mug are folded inwards so the liquid gets into the rims. If you don't have a full mug, it may take extra effort to bend your neck back even further to allow the trapped liquid to crawl out. With a fairly full mug, drinking wasn't a problem. But I see a problem when drinking becomes scarce. Regardless, it's cool…
