Much, much too small to use as a septum ring. In the photo I placed it inside one of my septum retainers, as you can see it’s unbelievably small. The space of the curved bar between the hinge and "clasp” is just barely the width of my septum tunnel itself, I didn’t dare close the clasp because A) it would have been almost impossible to open it back up, and B) it was so small the bottom of the jewelry hugged my nose too tightly. I like the look of it. Wanted it for my rook piercing and checked the orientation to make sure the gem would show as I am unable to insert earrings through the bottom of my piercing. Unfortunately the orientation of the earring is not the same and when I went to put it in the blank side shows unless I go through the bottom which I am unable to do.

The jewelry is durable and cute but the accent opal fell out within a couple of days and I didn’t know it. Now it just looks unfinished. The rest of the jewelry click locks and stays in place. I love the ease of changing without tools or help.

It stays in, doesn’t hurt to insert or remove.I’ve had it in for almost a month and no color changes or odd smells. That's my review.

I purchased two of the 3-stack clickers, one in black and one in silver. Both 16G, 8mm. My septum piercing hole is a bit lower than normal I think, but it did feel a tad snug for a second after initially putting it in. Otherwise, it hasn't bothered me a bit! I decided to try taking it out also, because I saw all of the reviews that said it was hard to open. I did have to use a pair of needle nose pliers because I couldn't get a good grip on the ring, but it wasn't hard to open at all!

I like this jewelry, but it's badly advertised. It's titled for a daith piercing but there's no way it would fit in a daith. Good thing I bought it for my rook, which is a smaller piece of the ear.

This is my favorite septum ring, I honestly love it. But the one thing that made this review a 3 star instead of 5 was the gold plating. It was good for about 2 weeks before the plating peeled off and the metal texture was exposed and was not comfortable to wear anymore. Aside from that it is beautiful and the perfect size.

I bought this for my septum. It fits perfectly and is easy to put in. It’s my favorite of my septum jewelry. The second row helps to keep it in one place (vs single loops that rotate all around).

It came REALLY shiny. The "silver" is brighter than my standard surgical steel which makes me think it is coated in something. Going to wear it for some time before I update on whether it's fake or not. No irritation. If it hurts to put in, you're probably putting it in too soon.

Love this jewelry! Its very cute and dainty. However, the clasp does hurt my nose a bit. Probably my fault for ordering a small size, but I wanted the dainty look. The jewelry is very pretty.

The style was exactly what I was wanting, however it will not stay closed. The slightest touch/knock causes it to fall out of my nose. Such a shame, I wanted it to work so badly but it fell out and was lost very soon after purchasing; not worth it.

I’ve been wearing this ring for about a week now. It’s the third "cheap ring” I’ve ordered but the first to not irritate my skin. I ordered another nose ring from this brand for my nostril hoping for the same results. I got a size 16g 10mm for my septum and it fits nicely.

I was actually surprised at how pretty this was in person! I've been wearing it as a daith now several months and it's still strong, untarnished, and gorgeous!

It flat doesn't stay closed. It doesn't lick or click into place. I tried to wear it for 24 hours and it fell out 3 times, once when I was just sleeping! Mine is in my ear, at the top. It's cute, but pointless.

Cute ring but definitely not something that will work for a septum piercing. That's my feedback. Largest size is way too tight.

Beautiful piece of jewelry but not a great septum piece! It's very hard to try and get in there and pinches the skin! I think it would be better for a nostril piece!
