I like that it is very easy to use, quick response time when you contact them through their website or phone number as well! They have helped me with many different needs for my current position which has been great so far!! I like that they do all of my resume searches for me, so it saves time in finding good candidates to interview with! Also their customer service is great if you need help or questions about your profile/search results!! Nothing really as far as benefits go but overall this was still worth going through them at least once because there are many other services out ther which don't offer nearly what small recruit does (also free version).
