Arca Swiss Custom Install, Reset Install

Arca Swiss attachment is not standardized. It doesn't fit the usual size but a little thinner, smaller. It fell out of my setup.

  • Absolutely Amazing!

THE BEST SMALL LIQUID HEAD ABSOLUTELY

I've been looking for the smallest video head to take with small feet when traveling for a long time. Hard to see in the pictures, but SMALL. This fluid head is literally the size of a standard ball head. It's very smooth and also balanced (which I wasn't expecting). The build quality is literally perfect, I feel like I can ride it. If I had any literal criticism I'd say I wish the grip screws were thumbscrews instead of requiring a tool, but the head has a REALLY clever place to stash a tool…

What Tripods and Monopods I Need

I was trying to build or buy a small video tripod for filming at Disneyland. The keyword is small. Monopods and tripods are only allowed at Disneyland if they fit in a standard backpack. Manfrotto sells a complete compact video tripod, but it has a moving head that's a little sticky and takes a little more strength to move. This "stickiness" is easily represented in frames. Enter that flowing head. The force required to start and continue panning and tilting is constant, so there isn't a little

Best mini video head I've ever used

For a lot of my product shots I use smaller devices like the Sony A6400 or even the A7C. If you are familiar with these cameras, you know that they are very small and light mirrorless cameras. So I prefer to use a lighter grip and even tripods. But there is a problem with small tripod heads. Almost everything I've used has just terrible build quality. Mostly made of plastic and almost without running smoothly when panning or tilting. SmallRig changed all that for me. Look how small this video…

Pros
  • Compact and portable

Beauty in proportion

Over the past year I've been introduced to mounts for liquid head cameras. Now I'm excited about them. Usually, the slightest movement will cause the camera mount to spring free, leaving messy footage. At liquid pressure there is a resistance to movement. Finally, when you click him, he agrees, but smoothly. It starts from a standing position, barely moving and with a little more effort it will give you a smooth, sweeping shot. My full-size professional tripods do the job well; So does this…

NAME: Smallrig brand liquid mount, selection #3259) SUMMARY: As others have pointed out , this is a really compact liquid mount head. Currently $45 and weighing about 13.5 ounces, it's less than half the weight of what I've seen as the next level in budget liquid heads, commonly referred to as "heavy duty," and heads that weigh 2 pounds. , and sell for $60 plus. I noticed two points that I think would put me off buying this mount over the next larger heads. And the one that shows as similar on…
