I'll make a comparison with the Band 3 and Band 4 Running Edition watches I previously wore.
After the Band 3 and Band 4 RE, the AMOLED display is large, juicy, and incredibly viewable in the sun. There is an automatic dimming at night.
The mount is, in my opinion, the most crucial component of a watch (and I view this technique primarily as a non-drown watch). The strap appears to be sturdy and comfy, but let's see how long it lasts while they charge through the dock (not the capsule). Just attach the dock (as in Band 3) to reduce the gestures, at least.
several features. The stopwatch, keeping track of workouts, and reading alerts (finally, nearly entirely) are three things that are particularly significant to me. There is a heart rate monitor, which is good, and a SpO2 meter, which is neat but why?
music and camera control. All of this is enabled by P Smart Z, which I own, but it serves no purpose in my daily life.
Waterproof. I won't wash in them any more (the Band 4 RE's cord snapped from hot baths and showers, becoming brittle), but I will swim in the pool while wearing a watch.
watch faces that can be changed or even created by you. In order for me to put everything I want on my taste, I need time on the main screen in large size.
real slumber. RE is glad to observe sleep statistics after Band 4. He counts very precisely (notices lectures when students fall asleep on their own).
By the way, the Band 4 RE believes that data from cycling and running is equally as good. The pedometer is also extremely accurate. It has changed, but not in vain.
weather display. Nice, though a trifle.
In addition to automatic communication restoration after a lost connection, synchronization of everything and everyone, saving to the cloud, and medals, owners of xy/ho-pipes (of which I am one) receive a powerful lot of pipe-watch. The prospect of cycling 100 km generated excitement.
