Overall great product, especially when considering ease-of set -up and implementation

I really like that it can sync to other systems (we use MSP) so you don't have duplicate information or missing data points. It is easy for our front desk team members as well because they do not need special training in order utilize this software system; however we would love if there was an easier way of keeping track of service calls from previous reservations without having multiple tabs up which could cause confusion amongst staff members who are working with different customers at once.

  • Great support response time when needed
  • Wide range availability options &amp variety very flexible!
Cons
  • Not sure about pricing structure yet, will see what happens.
  • Can be difficult sometimes finding exactly where certain info needs inputted

The BEST RESERVATION SOFTWARE IN THE WORLD!!

The best thing about this software is that it's very user-friendly for newbies as well to experienced users alike! It has all of what we need in one place with little lag time between updates or changes made by our team members (and no downtime!). I have never encountered anything negative at any point during my tenure using smart hotel so far though their support staff are always willing & eager help us out when needed which helps immensely!!
