TERRIBLE DESIGN! The "straw" that draws the liquid out of the bottle is 2 inches from the bottom of the bottle, which means you're wasting about 20% of the bottle's contents because the straw can't get there! What a stupid design/manufacturer.

Grasp the part of the stem where the straw reaches the pump and hold while twisting the top to release the pumping action. THEN you can fill the reservoir and place the pump back into the reservoir. The straw is quite stiff, so it takes a little effort to screw the cap on properly. And they're not thick enough to carry travel purchases. Good for your shower/bath and pretty much alone. However, for what I wanted, this does the job.

I like boat caps because they are strong and not cheap but the plastic is a little flimsy. I have had no problems with this product and it helps save on soap and shampoo. More than once I've accidentally poured too much soap or shampoo out of the bottle and wasted it because I can't get it back in the bottle. These bottles allow me to pour a more accurate amount of liquid into my hand via the top of the pump. This product will save me money in the long run and my only regret is not purchasing…

When I contacted their support team about the issue, they did everything they could to resolve the issue. I would recommend them to anyone looking for cute bottles for their shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion etc. If I ever need to buy more it will definitely be from this company!

Great bottles. They are thick plastic so if you drop them they won't break and the pump dispenses just as much as needed. I use them for shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The fourth that my 6 year old son uses is for shampoo/body gel. We love her. Great buy at a great price.
