The item was good, I'll recommend it to my friends.

My first running watch is this one. Prior to that, I either ran with just my phone or a Xiaomi bracelet. If a phone with GPS is not within reach, the wristband is useless. The inability to connect a chest heart rate monitor to it is another reason why running in the cold is uncomfortable because you can't wear it over a jacket to get a pulse reading. Also, there were many issues with the heart rate monitor itself. Moreover, he had sensory issues; for some reason, the watch under his jacket…

Pros
  • Running without a phone is practical extremely precise internal heart rate monitor You can attach a chest heart rate monitor, including a non-Garmin brand one (I have a Polar H10) You can securely wear a chest heart rate monitor over your sleeve to observe all the indicators if one is available. There is a really effective indoor running mode. Period mode
Cons
  • The heart rate monitor sticks (both the problem and the solution have already been described), in addition, it often magically shows the pulse when the watch is on the table Sets are not capable of being varied (reps are allowed, but sets are not allowed) Not a stopwatch! With regard to Garmin Connect, there is no step length graph; instead, there is only the average length (Xiaomi bracelet for one and a half thousand paired with MiFit shows a graph, but this expensive watch does not)
