Ordered this phone TWICE. In both cases the battery or the system was dead. 1. Phone The battery eventually charged to 100% but when I turned it on the display and settings showed 31%. While off on the charger it showed 96% charge then dropped to 82% or 73% etc. It was right out of the box. I returned the product and received a replacement. The replacement does not cost 100%. This device is incredibly small to begin with. Its display is the size of two Apple Watches. frankly, very comfortable. However, there are a few things to consider before replacing your current phone with this one. 1) There is no audio jack so you will need to use Bluetooth to connect to the audio. 2) Battery life is 2 to 3 hours of constant use, but charges surprisingly quickly at around 30 minutes. 3) There is very limited multi-touch, which I didn't expect to be such a downside. This thing is amazing, I was looking for a new work phone and decided on this little one. This is a fully functional real Android phone. I installed Nova Launcher, Chrome, Outlook and Microsoft Team. Works great. Keep in mind that the battery and size make everyday driving impossible. I don't have a sim so I can't talk about reception in this review.
