Ordered this phone TWICE. In both cases the battery or the system was dead. 1. Phone The battery eventually charged to 100% but when I turned it on the display and settings showed 31%. While off on the charger it showed 96% charge then dropped to 82% or 73% etc. It was right out of the box. I returned the product and received a replacement. The replacement does not cost 100%. Charges up to 96% max and drops to 93% or less then picks up again etc. Tried multiple chargers and tried for hours! I think you get what you pay for, but I can get a brand new phone (not a mini though) for less than $$$$. Never had problems like this with LG, Moto etc. Waste of time and money. So the 2nd purchase is also refundable. I needed a reliable backup for camping trips etc so I didn't have to carry around my regular phone. Other things seem to work fine, but the battery isn't reliable and can't be replaced.
