I like that it has all my favorite flower shops in one place! It helps me find what i'm looking at without having too many options open up before finding something specific or new (I have never used this service as an employee). I like that it's easy enough so anyone can use this system with little training required! It would be nice if there was more room in our warehouse as we have limited space right now but other than that everything has been great about using Smartsalesystems! They are very helpful when you need them (which isn't often)and they respond quickly too!! I love how easy it was to set up an account with this system! It's very user friendly which made getting started super quick & painless!! The customer service that I have received has been fantastic! There are so many options with this platform it can be overwhelming at first but once you get familiar its easy peasy!!
