Which browser are you using?

Because it is not compatible with IE 11. I don't need Firefox POS. Invite you to make your own decision. Technical support for this product categorically refuses to say or even point out any changes that need to be brought into line with IE11.

Smart swipe works great.

SmartSwipe works great, even bought as a Christmas present. BUT.once major browsers start updating for security reasons etc., SmartSwipe will become "incompatible with this version". I have a Smartswipe reader that I bought a few years ago. It worked fine at first, but eventually I had to stop it altogether because it wasn't working at all in IE. I decided to try Mozilla and now I've found that it doesn't work with that either. Obviously it has become useless and obsolete. I don't understand why the company couldn't keep up with the new software changes. I certainly wouldn't buy it until these issues are resolved. They can't even be sold until they've been upgraded.

I switched to Chrome due to excessive FF updates, but this doesn't work with Chrome. I refuse to use IE. Except on the very rare occasions when I'm forced to use it, IE sits idle in my start menu. I've always hated it and still hate it. I recently did a clean reinstall of my OS and programs, and am currently using FF again because Chrome is dropping its…
