Excellent purchase! - Men's

Great product. Very warm yet thin. Does exactly what is described. Fits as described (I'm a size 9.5 and the large size fits perfectly / a bit large). Fast delivery, excellent customer service. I would buy again without hesitation!

Fast delivery. best in Active

Very light but warm. Tight fit. The length is above the calf and they stay upright. I wear mine for hiking. First pair. It would be nice if they could use US grown wool. They are knitted in the USA. I will buy a few more.

Pros
  • Hard wearing finish
Cons
  • Expandable

It's great we started with their heavier socks but...

They are great we started with their heavier socks but we preferred the feel of the ultra light socks and they have delivered a lot of warmth and comfort in our ski boots.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • So far so good

Great for evening wear!

I use them as regular everyday socks. They are warm enough and stay up all day without having to pick them up again. They are thin enough to be worn as dress socks without appearing like you are wearing thick wool socks. It's just fantastic!

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Almost ok

Excellent socks so far on clothing

Excellent socks so far. Skied with them today at 20F and legs were toasted. Fits as advertised. I wear between size 8.5 and 10 depending on the brand, the average size is a bit smaller but still works. They will probably be perfect after a little wear and they will stretch a little.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Expensive

The best socks ever

I grew up with wool socks. And then I got a job in an office where the temperature in the room is kept around freezing all year round. I'm sure these socks are great for skiing and outdoor activities, but the ultra-lightweight socks are also perfect for wearing with dress pants. They are durable, high quality, smooth, professional and above all comfortable and warm.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Not everything fits

But I've never skied.

For 5-6 years I've been wearing ultra-light chic wool socks under cheap cotton socks in work boots with toe protection. Keeps my feet comfortable and dry all day. No more blisters. I haven't had to change a pair until recently, so I wear it lightly and wash each pair a few hundred times before it wears out. Yes, they're expensive, but the comfort and durability are worth every penny.

Pros
  • Decent work
