You can only smell it if you put your nose right next to it. Put it on a shelf in a narrow hallway, 3 feet off the floor - until I can smell it walking by.

I have it in the bathroom. It quickly eliminates unpleasant odors and gives a subtle and pleasant citrus scent. Flavored foods often annoy me. It doesn't smell bad and serves its purpose.

It seems to me that it doesn't actually absorb odors, it just releases the smell into the air. So now my litter box smells like orange cat poo. Not exactly the effect I was looking for. The smell of orange isn't bad, although not very natural.

We put one just above the litter box. It's on the landing at the top of the second floor - if you go up, you'll have to go right past it. It smells, there is no tray. (We tried the rain scent - I think it's green - it didn't work as well as citrus for this particular purpose.)

I bought this because my toy poodle smells when he leaves the house, you can smell him when he comes in, all over the house, even though I have a lot of Fabreeze air fresheners I wanted something, that I didn't have. I don't always have to spray, I bought citrus and I don't smell anything at all, I can smell it faintly if I put my nose in it, but I gave it 4 stars because I don't smell my dogs since I was brought to this place , where the dog hangs out, and since that's why I bought it, I'm not

They come in nice jars but only the citrus smell is strong enough that you can even smell it if you take the lid off, put your nose in the jar and sniff inside of 12 inches. As stated, they do not absorb any odors in the room. I was hoping they would fill the room with great scents, like candles melting in a crucible. Maybe I expected too much from the product. But I'm very disappointed because I bought 3 of them for $7.45, $7.55 and $7.65 and I don't feel anything at all when I remove the lids

I bought both lavender vanilla and invigorating citrus. I put them in the spare room or my son's room. The aroma of lavender and vanilla is pleasant; not overwhelming like some of the supermarket brands. It doesn't smell like sweet potpourri either. I didn't notice such a strong Orange Citrus smell, but honestly, it should have worked much stronger in my son's room, with work clothes and gym clothes! Now that he's only home a few times a year I'll put the citrus version back in his room and see
