I wanted a cheap hourglass and here it is! It breaks easily if dropped, and unfortunately that's what kids do with timers. Before it was dropped it worked exactly as intended and I was happy. It's just not been more than a month.

One of the end caps is not attached. When I turn it over, the cap of the tooth falls off and then the inner part containing the colored sand falls out. I wasn't expecting amazing quality but this is literally broken. It's not worth my time to take it to a pickup location to return a $5 item. Revain should replace it free of charge as it is defective.

This product is very cheaply made. As soon as I opened it it fell apart and every time you pick it up to flip it it falls apart. I ended up having to stick it back on for my kids to use easily. I would definitely not buy again. I usually read reviews but not this time and I'm sorry.

It fell apart after a few uses and has to be knocked out to reattach. One end of the prong broke off, causing the inside of the hourglass/timer to fall out. The glass was strong enough not to shatter when it hit the tile, so I was able to fix the item. Normal for a cheap thing, but you need to collect better. Addendum: After a few months, the inner hourglass became cloudy.

Received my order today and the product is broken. There is sand on the outside of the hourglass because the glass/plastic is broken. The worst thing is that it is non-refundable. I want to return the money.

I had a really hard time explaining to my 6 year old how long it was appropriate to brush my teeth. It was a useful tool that saved me from having to stand in the bathroom and time myself morning and night. I feel like it's a bit quick, definitely not two minutes, I made her flip it twice.

I want to say that I liked it and that it helped my child brush his teeth for as long as he needed. Unfortunately we couldn't even do that since it came BROKEN. From inside. Nothing repairable. I also like the return policy in this case if I wanted to return or replace it. Don't waste your time. Find another.

This timer is not worth the money! Luckily mine arrived intact but the quality is terrible and the size is so small. I didn't even think to read the description about getting different colors. I removed the image as it only shows the blue one in the ad. So of course I expected to have a boy, but instead I turned pink! This was supposed to fit my son's stockings but I would rather buy something else so he doesn't have the pink timer.

We had this timer for almost a year and used it at least twice a day. Then our little one found that she could take it apart. We didn't really bother until she dropped part of the timer on the tile and it broke into a million pieces. Who would make something like that out of glass?! If you take a closer look, it turns out that literally nothing keeps a tooth from an end except hopes and dreams. It's easy enough to fix with glue, but A) I didn't buy it as a DIY project. B) It is very dangerous considering it is being sold to very young children and the inner bottle is glass. We would have a serious problem
