The case performed well for the first 3 or 4 months. The fifth month I started getting small issues like my headphones would disconnect and connect in the middle of a video or song. The sixth month, the case would be completely charged, but when I would charge my phone the case battery wouldn’t last as long as the first 3 months. I have used this battery case for over a week. To say that I'm impressed with the quality for the price would be an understatement. I have used Mophie cases in the past with other iPhone models and this case meets or exceeds those comparisons easily. Battery life is great. This is the second one of these I've gotten, previously for a 7. It charges when needed and is a great case when needed. Not bulky and charges the case while charging the phone. Works great, will likely buy another one at the next upgrade or for a present.

It takes a while to charge and you cant use a lightning charger to charge it fast either because it wont do it. Easy to pull phone in and out from the top but because the top is a bit too soft it creates a soft spot and can cause the phone screen to crack if it hits the floor. Its how mine cracked 🤦‍♂️. Over all battery wise it wont charge it that well if your brightness is all the way up and you continue to use your phone but doesn't great while left alone. Its easy to turn on an off with the

Overall I am very satisfied with the product. It charges the phone fully. The 4 lights in the back light up when your charging the battery and using it for easy identification how much power you have left. Doesn't make the phone look to bulky or add crazy amount of weight. Stopped working after a year, no customer support to be found. It stopped working after 3 month previous that it worked great. Did the job until then but this is disappointing.

Best experience with a charging case I’ve ever had! The materials feel so nice and comfortable to hold. Very smooth. Having the extra charge was a life saver for me and helped me not have to worry about charging my phone. Very simple and easy to install. Would absolutely recommend purchasing!

I love the way this case feels on the hand. It’s a bit heavy which I don’t mind at all. But, BUT! Only complaint I have is that it keeps turning off and not providing a full charge. It turns off half way through the charge. Pretty disappointed if I’m being honest.

After a year, my case would no longer charge. The seller was super awesome and worked with me to get a replacement. Works like a charm.I was very impressed with this seller as they immediately reached out to me after my initial review and kept in constant email contact until my new charger arrived. I like that the case can charge my phone fully and then some on a single charge. I like the sleek design and that it's one solid piece. LOVE the nearly invisible bezel. Precision fitting and that you can charge it with an iphone cable. Not into the thickness of the case but that's a trade offer for the battery life.

Awesome product! I'm impressed with the battery life & the quality of the product. The case itself is durable & really protects your phone. There has been so many times when I've been in a pinch, and have been unable to charge my phone. I love not having to feel worried about my battery life anymore. This case did not last long at all! I’ve been using it for less than three months and it’s already broken. I would not recommend this product.

The headphone and charging cord is super loose. The headphones will disconnect constantly. Today a little black foam thing fell out and now it doesn’t charge or accept headphones at all.They refunded my account so that was good.

Purchased this case for my iPhone 11 Pro and it fits perfect. Not to heavy and durable. When it’s on the charger it charges phone and battery. I travel a lot and I have only had to charge my phone at night the backup battery keeps the phone charged all day when it’s getting low I can activate the battery and it charges quickly to full battery.

I always love having a backup battery for my iPhone when on the go. This case helps me never have my phone die. Like all battery cases it makes the phone bigger & heavier but it’s well worth the extra battery power.Durability seems great after the first week of usage.Seems to give the phone at least another full charge.Happy customer!

The product is good but not all the screen protectors fit. The ones that are 360 privacy don’t fit very well May require frequent reattachment to the phone!

This case has gotten me out of a bind more than a few times when I was low on battery and needed some juice. It works great! It added a little bulk to the phone but for the trade off of bulk/power, I can live with it.
