Poorly described system and huge language barrier!

My God! What a piece of shit! I bought this particular pile of poo because it was a cable connected to a DVR with one or more cameras. I didn't want Wi-Fi or Bluetooth capabilities that are too easy to hack. I didn't need an app on my phone. I didn't want the company that sold me the system to have backdoor admin skills. Well I found out these vulnerabilities are written to disk and I can't change them? I spoke to their Chinese customer service team to get answers but it was a waste of time due

True HD Camera

Update /01/02/21My monitor went black and no picture after 4 months of use! I changed the monitor and nothing changed so I assure you the box broke because 4 cameras can't break at the same time! Tried to reset, reboot, doesn't help! Now it's a piece of shit because now 4 months after I bought it I can't return it! This is my first security camera! After a week of use I am satisfied! Compared to the ones sold at BJ's, Costco, which cost $400,800, this one is only $130, no hard drive, but still…

Customer Service A+++ Very affordable and good quality.

Okay, initially it was easy to set up the system and it was just as easy to view the cameras on my phone. I've had some trouble getting a link to the desktop software and figuring out how to view recorded events and had a couple of cameras that I had to replace, but. After spending some time getting familiar with the menus and working with SMONET's customer support to swap out my cameras, I really like this system.
