Doesn't take traditional egg color

My kids wanted to use traditional egg color but it didn't work. We were able to apply acrylic paint and stickers to it. I was expecting them to be smoother, but they turned out to be textured.

They are good quality just smaller than I expected

how are these eggs measured? I wanted big ones but didn't know where to measure? They are good quality, just smaller than I expected. In fact, they are the size of real chicken eggs.

Receptive to various media applications but needs patience for dry times

Good results but be patient! As with any uneven surface, your patience will be tested! Make sure you have a suitable "resting place" to allow them to dry between applications of paint, glue, or anything similar that doesn't touch the treated surface.
